Built-in 5 sets of separate Screen printing Head and 5 groups of corresponding UV curing system, finish printing process as soon as the products rotate around the tooling 1 circle.
Screen Printing head and Screen Stencil Clamp is driven by servo motors and controlled by PLC, with the function that can raise and lower automatically.
The whole printing system is controlled by servo motors, and driven by high-precision gear groups, which save the trouble of changing gears caused by products of different diameter.
Utilizing carousel transport design which is driven by high-precision Divider. Equipped with Touch monitor System, Automatic Loading & Unloading system, "No Parts No Printing" System, Flaming Treatment System, Static Air Cleaner, Unloading Inspection Device, and Vacuum Fixed system.
